Health Care

Health Care activity is a public service and is thus performed within the framework of the public health service network.

On the primary level the public health service network is determined and ensured by the municipality.

On the primary level health care service includes basic health care service and dispensary service and is performed as a public service under the same conditions by public health care institutions as well as by other legal and natural persons on the basis of concession.
